The successful candidate will be expected to provide full administrative and secretarial backup to the Principal and staff in the general running of the school, to liaise with parents and pupils on general enquiries and receive and greet visitors. They will manage existing pupil records and assist with ad hoc administration activities of the School.
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, key stakeholders and colleagues, the role requires the post holder to work on their own initiative, dealing with a wide range of processes and devise solutions based on experience and judgement, whilst always providing a high level of customer service.

A unique opportunity to join Oakhill school’s catering team. We are looking for the right candidate to help prepare our delicious menu. If you are hardworking, passionate about food, and have a talent for baking then this could be the job for you.
Working alongside the existing team and the catering manager you will prepare and cook a wide range of desserts, cakes, and biscuits for the nursery, lower and upper prep school, and staff. Our desserts are made fresh daily on a 4-week rolling menu.
The ideal candidate will hold a level 2 hygiene certificate and have experience working in a professional kitchen and a good knowledge of all allergens and special dietary requirements. Full training will be given and supported by the school.

Welfare Assistant
Welfare Assistant
We are looking to recruit a welfare assistant at lunchtime to assist the younger children while they are eating their lunch and afterwards in the playground before afternoon classes begin. The role would cover approximately 1.75 hours each day. 11.45am – 1.30pm term time only.
Lunch is provided.
